There will be mainly walkins and referral based interviews are going on most of the companies. Fresher needs to be sharpen their knowledge and communication skill . Its better to do a course ( as per your interst and job chance ) while you are doing the job search.</div><div><br /></div><div>Beware there are alotof fake institutes in India , they will offer you 100% placement or fake experience certificate like that.
